Will G3 Events provide a host at their events?
Yes, at all G3 events there will be a host provided from the G3 team as well as a host from the MCG or VRC catering staff depending on the chosen event.
Will Chris Judd be hosting any events?
Yes, Chris will host a small number of AFL games this season when his fixture allows him this opportunity. Please check the ‘Our Events’ section to see what games Chris is hosting during the 2010 AFL season.
Why are some games priced than others?
The reason for the difference in pricing is due to the anticipated attendance for that game. Games that are priced higher per ahead are deemed to be in higher demand and have an average attendance of over 40,000 people.
Do I have to pay for all 16 seats when hiring the G3 suite at the MCG?
Yes, the G3 suite has 16 seats and is sold as a complete suite. When you purchase selected events/events, you and your guests have exclusive use of the suite.
What are the different payment methods when purchasing a G3 Event?
Once you have decided on the chosen event and contacted G3 Events, you can either pay by credit card, direct transfer or cheque. When using Diners or American Express for payment, a 3% surcharge will apply.
What are G3’s payment terms?
Full payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice/booking date (unless otherwise specified). All payments must be received before the event.
What is G3’s cancellation policy?
Cancellation’s can be made within 7 days of booking. A cancellation fee equal to 30% of the package purchased is immediately payable by you. Please note, no cancellations will be accepted within 14 days before an event.
